Space, travel, weather, insurance, deposits. Everything that decides whether this works for you.
How much space do I actually need?
• 190 Sq ft - 15 ft × 12.5 ft — for Crawler Zone
• 450 Sq ft - 15 ft x 30 ft for Crawler Base
• 750 Sq ft - 15 ft x 50 ft for Monster Canyon.
Indoor activations require a minimum 8'6" ceiling height for tented packages.
For multi-story buildings we require access to a loading dock and a standard 8'ft tall Freight elevator when booking the 450 or 750 Sq ft packages.

Indoors or outdoors?
Both.
Outdoors runs under our own tents with barrier walls. Indoors we can provide our full tent setup, our low height frame setup, or no tent/frame.

What if it rains?
Outdoor bookings can move indoors if you have the space, or reschedule to another date. We’ll set the terms out in writing with your booking.
How far do you travel, and is there a fee?
We cover the five boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and northern New Jersey. There is NO fee if you book within our service area, travel is already reflected in the booking price.

Do you need power?
No - we are a completely self-contained operation but an outlet is always convenient.
Are you insured? Can I get a certificate?
Yes. We carry general liability and issue a certificate of insurance on request, naming your venue, building or municipality as additional insured. Send us the exact entity name and address as it should appear.
What ages is it for?
Ages Six thru 100, No athleticism needed — it’s patience and the satisfaction of conquering the unconquerable! For ages under 10 we require adult supervision.
What’s the deposit, and can I cancel?
Bookings are held with a deposit and the balance is due before the event. Cancellation terms are set out with your booking confirmation.
Can you invoice us or take a PO?
Yes. Request an itemized quote and we’ll include a W-9 and a certificate of insurance for your finance team.
How many people can drive at once?
Between 8 and 16 drivers per rotation X 8 (15)min rotations totaling upwards of 128 sessions during your 2hr time slot depending on the package chosen and group size.
