Because every Crawler Madness booking calendar syncs to the same live scheduling system, availability stays synchronized across all events—preventing scheduling conflicts and double bookings. The setup also supports flexible short-term activations, seasonal programs, and longer-term arrangements.

If your business already uses Stripe, you also have the option to collect payment directly through your own account, with Stripe automatically distributing funds according to the agreed revenue-share structure.
